How much time do I have to return the product if it is not to my liking? Go up
Libreria Babilonia undertakes to refund the amount of any purchase provided that it is notified of the return within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment and the product is returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging and documents. Librería Babilonia will be responsible for one-way postage, but not the return postage, which according to Spanish law are the responsibility of the customer. Once the status of the product is verified, we will proceed to refund the amount by card, bank transfer or PayPal, depending on the method used for payment.

Once the delivery period has passed (7 calendar days), only a refund will be accepted if the product is defective, but the customer will be responsible for the transportation expenses due to the expiration of the return period.

What happens if I’m not at home in the delivery? Go up
